Following your initial telephone call we will plan a visit to your home or office to discuss exactly what you envisage for your party or wedding. We are here to make your ideas a reality.
SETTING THE SCENE
When we meet, we will find out as much as possible about the event you are planning. This includes what is on your wish list, talking through marquee hire, music, logistics, creative design, decorations, catering, budget, and most importantly, mention various common pitfalls encountered by the unwary. With years of experience, we will talk you through all the myriad of decisions you will need to make when planning your party.
Occasionally we can hire out some of our many props if you wish to DIY. We have a big stock of mirrors, vases, lanterns, parasols and more unusual props like a large Moulin Rouge windmill or a pair of baby African elephants! Please ask for more details if you are interested.
You will receive a detailed document filled to bursting with ideas and costings mixed in with lots of common sense. There's a lot involved in giving a party or wedding, from the design of your invitations to the recycling of bottles after the event!
Once we have been given the go ahead, everything swings into action - site visits, food and wine tastings, music to listen to, print, equipment and fabric samples to look at - the list is long. We are a 'phone call away at all times and no request is too small or difficult. To us, nothing is impossible, and we will do everything we can to make your party or wedding a huge success. It is this attitude which has helped us create so many memorable parties over the years.
